Leasing
CCI plays a very hands-on role in the leasing process. We have partnered with the best brokers in Texas to bring a unique tenant mix comprised of national, regional, and local businesses.
Property Management
CCI provides hands on management and immediate service for our tenants. The CCI home office is located on site at Shops at the Galleria. This allows us to stay as active as possible in day to day issues that may arise at any of our properties.
