Greg Christopher
President
Mr. Christopher has nearly thirty (30) years of experience in the commercial real estate business. Upon relocating to Austin, Mr. Christopher continues to be the driving force behind Christopher Commercial by playing a hands-on role in managing and improving his investments.
Fred Butt
Vice President of Finance
Fred has been employed by CCI since 1997 providing management of all financial aspects of the company. Fred earned both an undergraduate and a M.B.A. in Professional Accounting from Michigan State University, and has a Michigan C.P.A. Certificate of Examination.
Dan Myrick
Vice President & General Counsel
Mr. Myrick has been with the organization since 1999. Licensed and admitted to practice law in both Michigan and Texas, his role is that of general legal counsel to Christopher and related entities. For the past nine (9) years, his practice has been primarily devoted to all legal aspects of closely held businesses, real estate financing and real estate law with specialization in acquisitions, dispositions and retail leasing.
Dan Machiela
Construction & Maintenance Manager
Mr. Machiela has spent over twenty years in the construction industry. He is responsible for oversight of all construction related activities for the company as well as all maintenance. Mr. Machiela has a team of his own under his direction that include his two sons and other laborers that solely work for Christopher properties on various maintenance and construction related projects.
Joseph Christopher
Leasing Director / Marketing
Joseph holds a bachelors degree in business management from Michigan State University and has been working for the company since January 2005. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is a licensed real estate Broker in Texas.
Garrett Christopher
Property Manager
Garrett holds a bachelors degree from Michigan State University where his major concentrations were Finance and Economics. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA). He is a licensed real estate Salesperson in Texas.
Justin Chung
Financial Controller
Justin holds a bachelors degree in business from Western Michigan University. Before joining CCI Justin was a consultant for Ernst and Young and an auditor for Comerica Bank.
Zack Christopher
Marketing
Zack holds a business degree from Michigan State University. He joined the company in 2011.
