Prior to its foray into retail shopping centers, Christopher Commercial and related entities owned up to eleven (11) manufactured housing communities in southeast Michigan containing over 4,200 sites.  After 30 years of success in the mobile home industry, CCI made the timely decision to sell all of its intrests in Michigan and relocate to Austin, Texas where they now own and oversee over 1,060,000 Square Feet of Retail.
